I’m Brianna, the creator behind Communicare Speech & Language Services.
I’m a Speech-Language Pathologist with a passion for helping children gain confidence and feel validated. With advanced training in DIR®/Floortime™ therapy, I meet children where they are—nurturing communication, social, and emotional growth through play and connection.
As an ASHA-certified clinician and licensed provider in California, I’m here to support your family with warmth, expertise, and care every step of the way.

OUR SERVICES
Communicare provides DIR® therapy for autistic and neurodivergent children and kids with complex, developmental disabilities and delays. We specialize in early childhood care for infants through five year olds, while also welcoming opportunities to connect with and support school-age children and their families.

Assessment
A full evaluation of your child’s communication and developmental skills using the DOLLI assessment tool, followed by collaborative goal-setting.
Therapy session
Weekly, individualized sessions held in your home, community, or educational setting — designed to support your child’s unique goals within your family’s routines.

PAYMENT & INSURANCE
Currently accepting private pay. Superbills provided for reimbursement. FSA and HSA funds accepted. Communicare is a vendor with San Diego Regional Center (Vendor #PY1177) as an early-start provider. Self-Determination funds accepted.
