Helping children build their confidence, competence, and connection with others

Hi, I’m Brianna, the founder of Communicare Speech & Language Services. I’m a passionate, developmental Speech-Language Pathologist with a deep love for helping children connect with the world around them through authentic communication.

I specialize in working with infants, toddlers, and young children who face challenges in speech, language, and social communication. My approach is rooted in compassion, play, and relationships, because when therapy feels natural and joyful, children thrive.

I am a DIR®/Floortime™ Clinician (CL2), trained to use this developmental, relationship-based model of care.

Unlike traditional, behavioral therapy, this approach is tailored to each child’s individual strengths and helps them grow through play and interaction. With DIR®/Floortime™, I help children:

Strengthen social and emotional development

Build communication skills naturally

Gain confidence in expressing themselves

Connect deeply with family and peers

Why I do this work

I believe every child deserves to feel understood, confident, and connected. Watching a child light up when they are able to express themselves, whether through words, gestures, or play, is the heart of why I do what I do.

Therapy isn’t just about improving speech; it’s about building relationships, self-expression, and joy for all family members. I feel honored to walk alongside families in this journey.

When I’m not working with families, you can usually find me enjoying the outdoors, reading a book, or spending time with friends and family. Staying curious, playful, and connected in my own life helps me bring fresh energy to my sessions with children.
